Make a firm commitment to become familiar with
the unique difference of the NEWAYS and ProAttitude products. There is nothing else
on the market as safe and effective as our products or as rewarding as our Marketing Plan.
These product contain NONE of the harmful ingredients
whatsoever!
Remember, Tom Mower, and the chemists and scientists with
whom he works are the experts. You don't have to become a product expert. All
you need to do is become a benefits expert! Know what the products do and how they
can be of benefit to your customers and/or distributors.
Becoming a "Benefits Expert" is as simple
as 1-2-3! |
- Work with one product system at a time. Listen to the
audio tapes or watch the videos. Each day become familiar with a system, then go on
to the next. Always review the systems you have learned before you go on to the
next system.
- Know why each product is in the system and:
- How effectively they each work.
- How to use them.
- The order in which they should be used.
- Learn why the ingredients in the NEWAYS line are superior to
any other products available anywhere.
Be your own best customer. The best way to know about
the products is to use them daily throughout your life! The more you use the
products, the more you will broaden your knowledge of them.
Establish Affirmations... |
- "I am using the products!" "These products are
becoming a part of my life!"
- Practice telling yourself about each product as you use them
until you begin to feel like a bonafide "benefits expert." Once you are
comfortable with your knowledge of the products and how to use them, you can share them
with others. Practice your presentation on family and friends.
- You'll become more comfortable as you share your products with
others because you'll feel the difference. You'll know the value of the products and
recognize the higher quality and importance of the ingredients. Don't wait to share.
If you hesitate, someone else will get there first. Remember, sell benefits how it can
help them. Do not get overly technical.
- Spend the balance of this first 48-hour period reviewing the
information in the NEWAYS Product Training Guide. Your study and use of the products
will certainly take more than a day. It is a lifetime study and it gets more
exciting as time moves forward!!
Only you can determine the degree of dedication and
commitment you choose to make at this time. Just be sure of your foundation, and
that you are building with integrity and sincerity.
- Be sure you view Tom and Dee's Product Training video in the
Distributor Kit and review it often.
- Listen to the audio cassette tape in your Distributor Kit, and
other audio tapes available through your sponsor. It will help you recognize
the remarkable opportunity you have with NEWAYS!
- Study the Policies and Procedures section of this planner.
- NEWAYS Products and Marketing Plan represent the ultimate in
entrepreneurial excitement. There are so many wonderful avenues of opportunity to
explore. This is the second of many productive days that lie ahead. It's a
time for new knowledge and insight, a time like no other in your life. You'll be on
your way to making your dreams come true!
NEWAYS:
- A Goal-oriented Program
You must constantly be setting your goals! When setting
goals, they must be:
- SPECIFIC. Give a clear idea of what actions need
to be taken.
- MEASURABLE. Know exactly when the goal is
accomplished.
- CHALLENGING, but realistic. Make yourself stretch
a little to achieve your goals. Get out of your "comfort zone."
Inspire yourself enough to grow.
- DATED. Your goal must have a realistic completion
time or date.
- MEANINGFUL. It is your goal, so the achievement of it
should be personally rewarding to you. Sharing your goal with a supportive friend often
makes achieving it even more rewarding.
- IN WRITING. The difference between a goal and a mere
wish or hope is the process of writing your goals down on paper.

Now:
Break your goals down into long range (3 to 5 years), short range (6 months to 1 year) and
immediate goals. Examples of goals pertaining to your NEWAYS business could be the
following:
Long Range Goal:
I will have a minimum personal net worth of $____________ by ____/____/____. (Give
yourself between 3 to 5 years. Be realistic. Prepare the figures with
considerable thought.)
Short Range Goals:
- I will be earning a minimum of $__________ from my NEWAYS
business this year.
- I will earn a minimum of $___________ per month from my NEWAYS
business by ____/____/____.
- I will become a NEWAYS Executive by ____/____/____.
- I will become a Senior Executive by ____/____/____.
- I will become a Presidential Executive by ____/____/____.
- I will earn my Car Bonus from the company by ____/____/____.
Immediate Goals:
In order to accomplish my short range and long range goals:
- I will develop enough retail sales of products each month to
give me a $500 retail profit.
- I will develop at least four new retail customers per month
until I have a minimum of 25 people who purchase an average of $60 each month.
- I will sponsor a minimum of two Distributors each month.
Now that you have established some worthwhile, predetermined
goals for yourself, let's turn those goals into reality.
Commitment: Turn Your Dreams Into Reality |
Now is the time to make it happen! Once you have
crystallized your dreams and clearly established them as written goals, you must then make
a personal commitment to succeed! Realize an accepted fact of life: all goals,
dreams, ideals and hopes in this world fade away if they lack commitment as a vital
ingredient. With NEWAYS, all areas of commitment must include product knowledge.
You must come to know the significance of the phrases, "Bridging the gap
between science and human need" and "Researching the research!"
Watch out for the dream stealers!
Do not let anyone talk you into doing more than one company. This is a business of
duplication. You don't want your downline losing focus. The power is
duplication and multiplication. Division has no place in network marketing. |
Remember: People who never get started are destined
forever to lose!
Be sure you have developed your list of people to work with in your new business
enterprise. Remember, you are looking for just five or six key people!
Recommit yourself to the dreams and goals you have identified and chosen to pursue. Review
your first two days and go over areas you are unsure of.
